The cost of our services for any event is based on the length of the event in days and the maximum number of computers simultaneouously connected to the show database. Our charges are as follows:

|20 computers||$120 US per show day|
For example, a one day show using one or two computers would cost $30 US and a three day show using five computers would cost $180 US. These and any optional setup charges are our only charges and include software updates, software support by email or phone, and use of our website features. Shows exceeding two days in length may use an unlimited number of computers on the last day of the event at no extra charge.
Shows may be upsized to either more computers or more days at any time simply by contacting us by email or phone. The higher price will apply for the entire show, regardless of when we receive the upsize request. Shows may be downsized to either fewer computers or fewer days at any time prior to the start of the event simply by contacting us by email or phone. The reduced price will apply to the entire show. Downsize requests made after the start of the event will not be honored.
Shows may be postponed at any time at no additional charge. Shows canceled for any reason at any time prior to the start of the event incur no charges. Shows canceled once the event has commenced are subject to a $30 US cancelation fee. Otherwise the above fee schedule applies regardless of whether or not the software is used.
We email invoices each Sunday to the billing email address you provided when you requested your show. Payment in US funds is due upon receipt. Payment instructions are provided on the invoice. We may choose to require advance payment from customers with a history of slow or non payment of invoices. Results for shows for which payment is significantly delinquent will be removed from the website.
Support for horseshow software and horseshow related office questions is available at no additional charge by either email or phone 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Pacific Time. If you feel you have a genuine, show stopping emergency please contact us at any time at the number provided when we send you your show. While an operating manual is provided with the program (available on the Help menu) we would prefer you to contact us for help rather than getting frustrated.
Support is intended to ensure that you are able to use all of the software features as designed. With that in mind we will setup your first show at no charge, and we will show you how to setup your shows so that following your first show you have the option of either paying us for the setup or doing it yourself.
Networking and other non-horseshow support is provided gratis but comes with no guarantee that we can solve issues caused by your hardware or security software that may be installed on your computer. For help with your show office network, please try to contact us prior to the start of your show.
